Had a great time today. Chris took each one of us on a trial drive so we could see how things worked then we had the opportunity to drive the course on our own. Chris walked ahead of us and gave us some much needed coaching along the way, it was quite different from driving a car with back and front steering. My husband drove with me as a passenger, and then my 18 year old daughter drove with our youngest daughter. I couldn’t hear screaming coming from the car so I think they both worked it out pretty well. In fact I was surprised by how well by daughter managed the course and she has only had her license for a month. It was a great experience. Different and challenging in a positive way.

My mate and I had an awesome time at Ragged Edge 4x4 at Avalon Raceway.Chris the instructor is fantastic and you can tell how passionate he is about his job and ensuring that anyone who visits gets the best possible experience.We did the Comp Package which involves three courses as well as a hot lap with Chris.Ragged Edge 4x4 gives you an experience you will never forget and allows you to do stuff that you never thought possible on four wheels.I would not hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone!

Took my brother for his 25th birthday present. Chris was so humble and the way he taught us was so understanding but also straight to the point/knowledgable. My brother learnt so much in one hour it was insane. I really enjoyed watching him learn and enjoy himself! Chris you’re the best!!

What a memorable and unforgettable experience we had at Ragged Edge yesterday!We did the 4 courses over 2 hours and cannot thank Chris enough for being so welcoming, encouraging and patient! Not only providing the best off road experience, but also giving us spectators the best vantage points to capture all the fun!!I cannot recommend this experience more, so much fun to be had no matter if you’re there as a driver, passenger or watching on! Even better than we imagined.This was a gift for our daughters 30th birthday...what a hoot! It turned out to be a fantastic family present, as she got take all of us on a lap. Ragged Edge Rock Crawlers and off road course was amazing. Great instructors, making it easy and fun! I really enjoyed learning to use the rear steer and also the course, lots of great angles and articulation for cool photos.

Absolutely amazing! 100% recommend this for anyone!It was a fun and challenging team work experience, including the passenger too helping with some of the controls and navigation challenges.Chris is a fantastic teacher and guides you through each course. We both felt very safe under his guidance (the guidance is 1000% necessary as the courses and driving are totally different to "normal" driving and even 4x4 driving).We did the full package, which took just over 2 hours to complete.We would recommend the full package, as it is so fun you'll want to do them all, and to experience the full challenge!I was a little worried it would be too similar to 4x4 driving, but this was not the case at all with how Chris's "cars" drive.Chris had great communication and emailed my booking confirmation straight after I booked, he sms'ed and emailed confirmation, and the day prior checked in with update for weather, what to bring etc.Thank you so much Chris for such a fun morning and making Aaron's birthday special 🥰

Our experience with Ragged Edge was absolutely fabulous. Due to COVID we had to reschedule our booking. 3 years later they honoured our purchase .. so, buy in advance and when it suits you .. go and enjoy your 4x4 experience. The tracks were very challenging with loads of bends and twists, mud and rocks, walls and deep puddles.Chris was very friendly and patient. Thank you Chris for the time you put into making this experience fun for us all.

Awesome experience from start to finish.Chris is professional, patient, relaxed yet highly experienced. He is an exceptional communicator who in 1 hour takes you from novice driver of one of these amazing V8 powered 4-wheel steer machines to doing things you would never have expected possible or within your own capability.
